White-bellied bustard
'Eupodotis senegalensis'
Swahili: Tandawala tumbo-jeupe
Best parks to see it: Widespread
Widespread in grasslands and scrub, specially in central, south and southeast Kenya. Usually found in pairs or even family groups, since unlike in other bustard species the young remain with their parents. In the early morning and late evening they can be heard calling each other.
